The Business Innovation and Investment Program for South Australia is now available.

The Business Innovation and Investment Program (BIIP) for South Australia is accepting applications for the fiscal year 2022–2023.

The Business Migration initiative aims to draw in business owners, investors, and entrepreneurs of the highest caliber who can develop real, long-lasting economic prospects in South Australia that will help the state’s economy, small companies, and workforce.

There are four subclass 188 visa streams.

The Business Innovation and Investment visa (Subclass 188) is eligible for nomination under the Business Migration program in four different visa streams:

  • Stream of Business Innovation (188A)
  • Financial Stream (188B)
  • a significant investor stream (188C)
  • Business Stream (188E)

There is fierce rivalry because South Australia has only been given an interim allocation of 70 nomination spots.

It should come as no surprise that candidates must submit an Intention to Apply (ITA) in order to be considered for the Business Innovation Stream (188A).

Temporary opening for Gold and Green Pass holders in the Tasmanian Skilled Migration State Nomination Program

The Tasmanian Skilled Migration State Nomination Program for 2022–2023 is gradually opening.

Candidates who have at least one gold or green priority attribute and meet the minimum requirements for the Subclass 190 or Subclass 491 visa may express their interest in nomination by Migration Tasmania at this stage.

Before submitting an application for nomination, qualified individuals must receive an invitation from Migration Tasmania. Those who are nominated may then submit an application for a work visa.

The next interim stage’s details will be made public soon, according to a statement from Migration Tasmania.
